The search is set to search the entire database (ie from 1547 through to 1850). If you wish to search within a particular time period, change the given dates accordingly.
You can also change the way the results are ordered. The default is to order results by surname however you can sort chronologically (by Year of Admission) by ticking the appropriate sort box.
