The scheme enables pupils & students (in the second half of your BVC) with advocacy experience (please state in your CV what relevant experience you have) to spend a day or days (up to a week) in court with a Circuit or High Court Judge.

The Inn is unable to fund any expenses incurred throughout the duration of a marshalling experience and is not responsible for arranging overnight accommodation. It is essential once you've applied that you inform us if your situation changes to avoid any unnecessary problems. Once your marshalling experience has been arranged you are committed to going. Please also remember to send a copy of your CV, without which we will be unable to arrange Marshalling.
