Thomas Woodcock, Garter Principal King of Arms: Peerage Law, its evolution and Hereditary Peerage and Baronetcy Claims in the 21st century. The Garter Principal King of Arms plays a central role in succession for all Peerages and Baronetcies created in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
