Keeping the Judge on Your Side: The Art of Making Legal Submissions - QS
Event Details
Witness handling is one form of advocacy, addressing a jury is another, and the third is how to persuade a judge that they should accept your submissions relating to the law. HHJ Joanna Korner CMG QC and David Wood (25 Bedford Row) will take you through the basics in this talk/demonstration. Attendees will need to read a short case in advance, but no preparation is required.
