Bromley South (fast train to Victoria in 16 mins with links also to Blackfriars, City Thameslink and out into Kent) is a bus ride/short walk through town.
The room has a lot of character (original fireplace), is very spacious and will easily fit a double bed, a sofa and a table/desk for work/study. It presently has a large oak table/desk, a wardrobe and some book storage but open to discussion re furniture needs. The house has a lovely garden (when weather permits), Sky TV and good WiFi with boosters around the house. Wired Wifi can be run to the room if need be for video hearings. The landlady is a barrister mostly based at home at present. She is looking for an amiable pupil / junior tenant to lodge with her. You will have access to two living rooms, a good sized kitchen, bathroom with jacuzzi, Garden and will be encouraged to enjoy them to alleviate the stress of early years at the bar. Tidy landlady, please no mucky pups! Must like cats - there are two and they will want to be friends!
