- Soft strip / Demolition to all floors internally
- Demolition of existing Mansard and Flat roof structures
- Press mouldings to be taken of the existing Hall cornice detailing
- Careful removal of the Hall ceiling
- Asbestos removal; site wide
- Forming new structural openings and installing temporary works supports on all floors
- Demolition of the external bin hoist on the North Elevation
- Enabling works for the crane on the South terrace and required hoarding alterations
- Internal scaffold crash deck within library to facilitate roof demolition
- Demolition of existing slab and adjacent walls to facilitate the formation of a new lift pit in the north façade lightwell
SRM Special Projects Site Team offices are located within the Inn’s former Treasury Office, with access from the South Terrace where Reception Entrance signage can be found on the hoarding to assist. Please press the bell to attract attention.

8.00am - 6.00pm Monday-Friday
9.00am - 2.00pm Saturday
