This webinar will explore how Artificial Intelligence is changing the practice of law and legal research and writing. The speakers will address issues around navigating legal research, checking citations, and how to approach cases where expert witnesses, opponents and perhaps even judges are using Artificial Intelligence. It will also explore emerging issues around legal liability for AI harms, as exemplified by ongoing litigation relating to chatbots.
