This Session will help you to work towards the following section of the professional statement:
A lecture on the role played in sport, and their purpose, by sport-specific rules and principles of general law. The lecture will include topics such as mechanisms of enforcement, doping, contract law in football and discrimination with examples from his own case book as adviser, advocate and arbitrator.
