The forthcoming Middle Temple Treasurer’s Lecture will be given by Yevhen Synelnykov, a Judge of the Civil Court of Cassation of the Supreme Court of Ukraine. Delivering the lecture from Ukraine, he will discuss how the war affects the administration of justice when his country is under martial law. Legislation has ensured that the administration of justice remains the responsibility of the courts. Judge Synelnykov will discuss how the courts discharge that responsibility.
A livestream will be set up in Middle Temple Hall on Monday 12 May. Drinks will be served afterwards. Alternatively, attendees are also invited to join us online.
