LAMDA trainers will help you develop tools and techniques to:
- strengthen vocal range and quality
- manage your body language and your non-verbal signals
- control your nerves and manage stress levels
- identify and iron out long-established habits that inhibit the positive impact of your communication
- build confidence in your communication
There are separate groups for those looking to rebuild confidence on returning to the bar after time away, and for those keen to break potentially limiting habits developed while practising.
For established practitioners over three years' tenancy.
