Breakdown of Awards:
Princess Royal Scholarships
There are 2 Princess Royal Scholarships, awarded to the those who receive the highest marks.
These scholarships are of fixed amounts – one award of £10,000 and one award of £7,500.
If the scholar is determined, by the mean test, to qualify for a higher amount, they may also be awarded in conjunction with a ‘top-up’ Exhibition Scholarship.
Major Scholarships
There are 4 available Major Scholarships awarded each year, to the next 4 best scoring candidates.
The value of each Major Scholarship is determined by financial means assessment. Currently, the minimum award is £3,000, and the maximum award is £13,000.
Exhibition Scholarships
There are approximately 24 Exhibition Scholarships awarded each year to those who performance very well against the scholarships criteria.
