Education & Training is one of the primary functions of the Inns of Court. As a membership association, we rely on the hard work and support of our members, who dedicate their time and energy to helping the next generation of the profession.

If you are a member of the Inn and would like to volunteer to support Education & Training activities you can do so by completing the online registration form below.

Scholarship Interviews - June 2024

Interview panellists are needed on the below dates.

Wednesday 5 June 2024:

  • Internship Award Interviews
  • Volunteers need to be 3+ years practise (not including pupillage)

Friday 14 June & Saturday 15 June 2024:

  • GDL Scholarship Interviews
  • Volunteers need to be 3+ years practise (not including pupillage)

New Practitioner Advocacy Course B - Residential Weekend at The Berystede Hotel & Spa - June 2024 

3 Trainers are needed to assist with the New Practitioners Residential Weekend.

  • Saturday 15 June to Sunday 16 June 2024
  • Must be an advocacy trainer - Teacher Trainer or New Practitioner Trainer Level
  • Role: Room Trainer and Video Reviewer

New Practitioner Ethics Course – Live Specialist Session - June 2024

Teacher Trainer, New Practitioner, or experienced Pupil Level Advocacy Trainer, ideally practicing in Family Law needed.

  • Wednesday 5 June 2024
  • Online: 5:45pm – 7:30pm
  • Role: To review and discuss several ethical scenarios with a group of New Practitioners, practicing in Family Law.
