The Drama Society is the youngest of the societies. In the last few years it has expanded very quickly.
Past performances have starred actors and actresses from all walks of legal life. With readings from Benchers, to leading roles being performed by practicing barristers and GDL students, this society really is open to all, and a great way to make both friends and connections.
It is such a fun society, and beneficial in so many ways; confidence, clarity and projection being just three skills that can be transferred to your advocacy.
If you wish to take a more active role in the Drama Society please do consider joining the Committee, which is elected at the beginning of each year. It is a very rewarding committee to be part of, with the additional bonus of providing plenty to talk about on pupillage and job application forms.
