Information for award holders

Accepting your award

To accept your award, you need to complete the following steps:

  • Sign the undertaking form, which is sent to you with your results letter
  • Via the applications portal you must:
    • Upload the signed undertaking form
    • Submit your payment details
    • Submit a copy of a letter from the organisation with whom you are undertaking your placement, confirming your placement.
Payment of your award
  • Awards are paid, in one instalment, depending on when you are due to start your placement
  • We aim to pay your award 4-6 weeks before your placement commences.
  • We will be unable to pay the award to you, until you have submitted all acceptance documents as detailed above.
  • We process payments once a month, so in order to be paid on 28th of that month, you must have met the payment conditions, by the 1st of that month.
