Louise joined 3PB in October 2024 after five years as Head of Legal at Sport England. She began her career at the criminal Bar before moving in-house to the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Louise now specialises in professional discipline and regulation, with particular expertise in disciplinary and safeguarding matters within the sporting sector.
