Qualifying Sessions take place alongside a student’s vocational training, or before a Transferring Legal Professional is Called to the Bar, to provide opportunities for professional and ethical development.
Qualifying Sessions are intended to:
- complement and build on a student’s academic and vocational education
- form a bridge to pupillage
- provide opportunities to enhance understanding of the role of barristers in the wider justice system
- foster links with the profession Inns and provide members with a foundation for pupillage, work-based learning and a career at the Bar
