Using Statistics Experts in Court

A new course for Established Practitioners in collaboration with the Royal Statistical Society.

Join our practical one-day workshop, followed by a drinks reception, at the Inn on Saturday 21 November. As part of the course, we will also be running two online preparatory sessions on the evenings of 12 November and 18 or 19 November.

This is an opportunity for you to practice leading expert evidence in chief, as well as cross-examine real-life statisticians and receive feedback in small groups. By the end of the course, you will be confident in dealing with new and complex statistical issues.

The course is based on a case using medical and statistical evidence - but the expert forensic skills being developed will be applicable across all jurisdictions and areas of expertise.
