'Proving the Case or Unveiling the Truth: Navigating Disclosure in International Trials and Arbitrations' A panel of international practitioners and judges will present on disclosure of evidence from the perspectives of defence and prosecution counsel in international criminal cases and as an arbitrator in arbitral proceedings. Covering issues such as transparency, due process, evidentiary burdens, confidentiality and the interplay between different legal frameworks. Each speaker will provide a case study on a challenging aspect or example of disclosure, which will be circulated to all guests in advance for information and open discussion at the event.
