Terrorism in the Dock:
This weekend will explore the ‘new wave’ of terror offences being dealt with in courts across the country and the difficulties in addressing an unattractive defence before a jury.
Those attending the weekend will hear from a wide range of experts on this topic. Students will also participate in sentencing exercises, advocacy training with experienced barristers and will also be able to practice their advocacy skills before a judge.
