'Global Responses to the Forcibly Displaced. Freedom of Movement or Control by Numbers? Whose Rights? Whose Duties?'

The discussion will focus on the unprecedented movements of over 100m peoples, and rising with the war in Ukraine, who have been forcibly displaced this year.
