International Judicial Lecture followed by a panel discussion on UK-India relations in light of the Memorandum of Understanding signed with Bar Council of India and the Inn’s work with India.
The Chair of the panel will be Richard Salter KC (3VB), Reader of The Inner Temple.
Keynote speaker: Judge Prateek Jalan (Delhi High Court) - "The Growth of Commercial Litigation in India in the Last Decade"
Panellists:
Chintan Chandrachud (Brick Court Chambers) – “India-related arbitration seated in England”
Ritin Rai SA (7KBW) - "Practice as a Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India"
