Advocacy and the Vulnerable Course
Event Details
This course has been designed to ensure that all advocates, when dealing with witnesses from the whole spectrum of vulnerabilities from age and background to physical or mental health and other developmental issues, understand the key principles behind the approach to and questioning of vulnerable people in the justice system.
Sessions are open to members of all 4 Inns. Please visit the relevant pages on the Gray's Inn, Lincoln's Inn or Middle Temple websites for details and dates of the courses they are offering this year.
This course has a deposit of £50, which will be reimbursed after course attendance. Includes refreshments.
