A champagne reception and dinner to which Benchers are welcome to bring their spouse, partner or a friend.
We are pleased to announce that for this event there will also be after dinner music from Robert Murray (tenor) and Anna Tilbrook (piano).
Robert Murray studied at the Royal College of Music and the National Opera Studio. He won second prize in the Kathleen Ferrier awards 2003 and was a Jette Parker Young Artist at the ROH. He has performed principal roles with the ROH, Hamburg State Opera, English and Welsh National Operas, Norwegian Opera, Bergen National Opera, the Beijing Music Festival, the Venice Biennale, and the Edinburgh and Salzburg festivals. He is also a regular performer of leading roles at Garsington, where he will sing Florestan in Fidelio in summer 2025.
Anna Tilbrook is one of Britain’s most exciting pianists, with a considerable reputation in song recitals and chamber music. She made her debut at the Wigmore Hall in 1999 and has since become a regular performer at Europe’s major concert halls and festivals.
