The Temple Employed Bar Forum was founded in 2015 to encourage and support those at the Employed Bar to share issues and encourage those looking for alternatives to being a self-employed barrister. It is supported by members of both The Inner and Middle Temple.

Inner Temple's forum is chaired by Simon Regis OBE, Deputy Director at the Government Legal Department.

In the spirit of one Bar, The Inner Temple is delighted to sponsor the Employed Barrister of the Year in the Public Sector Award. Led and shaped by the profession for the profession, The Inner Temple exists to  strengthen and promote the rule of law and a vibrant, diverse, legal community.
